Dramatic Photography

Lighting alone is enough to build tension and emotion. I wanted images led by light and shadow rather than the subject, carrying a dramatic charge felt at first glance.

I played high contrast, deep shadow and directional light, so the light itself became the scene's narrator and the source of its tension.
